Nueces del Llano is a small farm located in the town of El Salobral (Albacete), 15 hectares of walnut trees of the CHANDLER variety, where we take care of the selection and quality of our walnuts with the character and flavor of the land from which they come. Harvesting is done by hand and natural drying. Machine drying takes only 2 to 3 hours after being washed so that they retain all their tenderness and juiciness and prevent the walnut butterfly from drying out.

In the 2020 harvest we have obtained three sizes, 34-size Walnuts, 36-size Selection Walnuts and 38+ Large Selection Walnuts.

Walnuts contain multiple properties that especially help the proper functioning of our brain. A handful of nuts a day (about six) will help us perform better and obtain essential fats and amino acids for our body and our mind. Among the multiple properties that are attributed to walnuts among many others are:

• Decreases the chances of suffering from cardiovascular disease by 30%.

• Increases levels of serotonin, the hormone of happiness.
  
• Slows cell death.
  
• It is an antioxidant.
